Manifesto
The MANIFESTO OF HON. BELLO MUHAMMAD JABAKA " The Chairman of Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State. 
Motto: Equity and Progress 
Part one:- PREAMBLE:- The care for human life and happiness is the first and perhaps the only legitimate objective of good governance. The worth of every government therefore, is the premium it places on the citizens' security and better living conditions in the enabling environment of social justice, equity and access to state and national resources - the prime values that every government must promote and protect. Thus, Hon. Bello Muh'd. Jabaka, unequivocally states in the following words below his mission and vision.
 
MY MISSION
To make maru local government a land of justice, freedom and equal opportunities where all citezens are at liberty to achieve their lifetime goals and ambitions, a land to live in peace, prosperity and happiness.
He will also make a rigorous accountability transparency, and sustainability to ensure a smooth leadership system.


 VISION:

Hon. Bello Muhammad Jabaka shall utilize the rich and diverse cultures Maru Local Government is bestowed upon, as a unique and rare strength in rebuilding the foundation of the land where no person is opperessed.

To uphold the foundamentals of citizens right, restore the glory and prestige of the land in the eyes of everyone, and consolidate its strategic alliences with our local Government partners.
Furthermore, his vision include the redemption of credibility of Maru Local Government as a major actor in the state and National system.

Maru Local Government is blessed with fertile land and abundant mineral resouces,thus, Hon. Bello Jabaka, will insha Allah through his vast experience, ensure that every Maru citezen benefit from the resouces the land was bestowed upon.

1. RESQUE ; Maru Local Government and protect the lives and properties of every citezen.

2. REBUILD; bridges of friendship and solidarity among all Maru Local Government citizens for the re-establishment  of hope and love for each other.

3. REVIVAL; and reconstruction of all essential and basic infrastructures for accelerated local development.

4. REFORMATION; of the civil and public services.

5. REORIENTATION; for the engagement of women and youth in the restoration of social healthcare development and cultural values.






   
6. RELAUNCH; maru Loacl Government to its rightful position as a major  player in all its ramification.

7.  REPOSITION; Maru Local Govdernment to its rightful place among the community of other developed  local Government areas of the nation.

مَنُفُوفِنْ  شُوغَبَنْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُومَرْ مُلْكِى تَمَرُ، الحَاجِ بَلُّلو مُحَمَّد جَابَكَا


تَاكَنْ تَفِيَرْ: زَمَنْ لاَفِيَا، دَيْدَ يْتُو، ثِيغَبَا.
كَشِى نَفَركُواْ

غَبَاتَرْوَا: كُلَادَ رَايُوَرْ أَلأُمَّا ثِكِنْ فَرِنْثِكِى دَ وَلْوَلاَ شِينى غِنْشِقِنْ شُوْغَبَنْثِى نَغَرِى، كُمَ أَبُ نَفَرْكُوْ دَيَا زَمَ وَاجِبِى أَسَا مَرْ. أَبُ مَفِى مُهِمِّنْثِى دَ غُومْنَتِ زَاتَ سَامَرْ وَ اَلأُمَّا، شِينى ظَرُواْ، دَ إِنْغَنْتَ جِنْدَاطِى دَوَلْوَلاَ

ألحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ، بَا تَاريدَ وَتَ شَكَّابَ شِينى أَمْسَا غَوَطَنَّنْ هَنْيُويِى غَأَلأُمَرْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُوْ مَرْ مُلْكِنْ مَرُوُ، كَمَرْ يَدَّ قُدُرُورِنْشِ سُكَ نُونَا كَمَرْ هَكَ: مَنُفُوِفينَا دُوُمِنْ مَيَرْ دَ قَرَمَرْ هُكُوْمَرْ مُلْكِى تَـمَرُوْ، أَكَنْ تُوْبَلِنْ سَامَرْ دَ وَلْوَلاَ، اَدَلْثِى غَكُوْوَا، سَامُنْ يَنْثِى دَ وْمِنْ يَنْ قَسَا سُسَامُ دَامَرْ ثِمَّ غُورِنْسُ نَرَايَواَ، كَامَا دَ ظَرُواْ، سَامُنْ وَدَاتَا دَ جِنْدَاطِن، الحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ شِينى يَثَنْثَنْتَ تَوَنَّنْ هَوْجِنْ.

مَهَتْغَاتَا 
الحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ، زَيْىىِ أَنْفَانِيدَ إِلِمِى، هَنْغَين نَىسَ، وُرِنْ زَاقُلُوْ هَنْيُوْيِى دُوْمِنْ سَامَرْ دَ ثِيْغَبِا مِىْ طُوْرِوَا غَوَنَّنْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُوْمَا أَمَظَيِنْ وَنِ قَرْفِى نَـمُسَمَّنْ دَبَا كَسَفَىْ اَجِي أَنْفَانِى دَ شِيبَا، وَجَنْ سَاكى غِنَ قَسَرْ مَرُوْ، إِنْدَ كُوْوَّا زَيْجِ أَنَاىِ دَشِ إِنَّ شَآءَ اللهُ.
زَيْىِ هَكَنى، دُوْمِنْ دَاوُرْدَ مَرْتَبَرْ قَسَرْ أَ إِدُوْنْ دُونِيَا
مُهِمَّنْ طَبِيأُنْ الحَاجِّ بّللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ. دَنْغَنَىدَ بَيَانَنْدَ سُكَ غَبَاتَ، دَكُمَ دَلِيلِنْدَ سُكَ أَيَّنَ وَا نىنى اَلحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ سُنْهَطَا دَ: أَمَانَا غَسْكِيَا طَوْكَرْ نُوْيِنْ اَلْأُمَّا قَرىوَا َوجَنْ أَيْكِى كَيشِنْ قَسَا أَلْقَوَلِى ظَرْكِن زُوثِيَا تَوْسَيِى مُتُنْتَ طَنْ آدَمْ جُورِيَا كَوَيْثِى كِيشِنْ أَدَّينِى بُغُودَ قَارِى، الحَاجِّ بَللَّو محمَّد جَابَكَ قَرِّرىنى وَجَنْ إِلِمنْ لِسَّاِفِى وَنْدَ يَبَاشِ دَامَرْ أَيْكِي أَمَأَيْكَتَر كُطِى تَجِهَا

KUDURORINA
سَنَّنْ كُمَ رِقَقَّنِى وَجَنْ كَاسُوَنْثِى دَكُم نُوْمَا، وَنْدَ شِينى توُشنْ أَرْزِقِي. ألحَاجَّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ، زَىْ كَاوُرْا سَوْىِ مَيْ مَأَنَأ دَيَرْدَرْ الله، سَبُودَ طِنْبِنْ إِلْمِنْدَ الله يَبَاشِ أَمَظَيِنْ أَكَنْتَ وَنْدَ يَكى أَيْكىِ تُكُروُ دُوْمِنْ تَبَّتَرْدَ غَسْكِيَا دَ أَدَلْثِى مَىْ طُوْرىوَا. زَىْ كَمَ سَامَرْدَ غُرَابُنْ أَيْكِى غَأَلْأُمَّر مَرُو أَمَظَيِنْشِ نَـمُتُمْ مَىْ سُوَنْ كَاسُوَنْثِ، بَبَّنْ منُوْ مِى رَانِى دَ دَامِنَا. كَرَمَرْ هُكُومَرْ مُلْكِى تَـمَرُ، الله يَا أَلْبَرْكَثتَ دَ قَسَا مَرْ أَلبَىْركَا دَكُمَ مَآدِنَىْ مَاسُ يَوَا. دَنْ هَكَ، الحَاجِّ بَللُّو مُحَمَّد جَابَكَ، إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَهَنْيَر قَرىوَا زَىْ تَّيتَر دَ ثَبوَا كُوْوَنِ طَنْ قَسَرْ مَرُو يَاأَنْفَانَ دَ أَبْرِ كَتُونْ دَ الله يَابَاوَا وَنَّنْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُومَا.

قُدُرُوْرِى بَكَوىْ نَأَلحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ ثِيتُوْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُومَرْ مَرُوا دَكَارىَ رايُكَ دَ دُوكِيُويِنْ كُوْوَنّى طَنْقَسَا سَاكىغنَا قَسَرْ مَرُوا وَجَنْ هَطِنْكَىْ دَ أَبُوتَا ظَكَانِنْ طَوْ كَثِنْ اَلْأُمَرْ قَسَا دُوْمِنْ فَرْفَطُوْدَ تَتَّلِنْ أَرْزِقِنْ قَسَا. فَرْ فَطُوْوَا – دَسَا كى غِنَا أَلْأُمَّا دَسَامَرْدَ مُهِمَّنْ كَايَنْ أَيْكى دَ أَكى بُقَاَتا دُوْمِنْ هَبَكَرْ ثِغَبَنْ أَلْأُمَّا. غَارَنْ أَيْكِنْ غُمْنَتِ دَكُمَ نَسِيَاسَ فَطَكَرْوَا – دَيَىكُوَرْ شِغَرْ مَاتَا دَمَتَاسَا غَشِرَا رُوَنْ كِيوُوُنْ لَافِيَا دَكُمَ دَاوَوْدَ مَرْتَبَرْ زَمَنْتَكَيوَا دَ أَلْآدُوا سَاكِى فَسَلِنْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُومَرْ مَرُو زُوَا مَظيِنْمتَ نَبَبَّرْ جَارُمَا كُمَ مَىْ تَاكَ رَوَزْ غَنِى غَدُكَّنْ بَنْغَرُوْرَنْتَ سَامَرْ دَ قَرَ مَرْ هُكُومَرْ مُلْكِنْ مَرُوا زُاَو وَرِنْدَ يَا دَاثى أَظَكَانِنْ سَأُوْ إِنْتَ سَوْرَنْ قَنَانَنْ هُكُومُومِنْ دَ سُكَثِ غَبَا.   هذا، أحمد الله على أتم النعم والصحة اللهم اغفر لابائنا وأشيا خنا وعلمائنا وصلى الله على النبى المصطفى وآله وصحبه وسلم.

 الحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ زَييْى دُكَّنْ مَنْ يُووُوَا غَنِنْ يَاهِمَّتُو وَجَنْ كُلاَدَ لاَفِيَرْ اَلْأُمَّرْ وَنَنْ قَرَمَرْ هُكُومَا – زَىْ هَطَ هَنُّودَ غُومْنَتِنْ جَهَا تَارَيَّا، دَمَا قُنْغِيُويِى مَاسُ زَمَنْ كَنْسُ دُوْمِنْ سَامَرْ دَ تَلَّفِى تَوَنَّنْ هَوْجِنْ، مُسَمَّنْ غَيَارَا دَكُمَ مَاتَا.   فَـِّنـْن سَامَرْ دَ إِلْمِى هَكَ شِيمَا بَنْغَرنْ إِلْمِى وَنَدَ شِيْنى غِنْشِقِي كُمَ غِشِرِن زَمَنْ دُونِيَا، الحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ،  زَييِى مُهِمِّنْ قُوقَرِى وَجَنْ غَنِنْ دُكَّنْ مَتَاسَا سُنْ سَامِ دَامَرْ ثِيغَبَا دَ كَرَاتُنْسُ دَومِنْ سَيْدَ إِلْمِن أَكى سَامَرْ دَ ثِيغَبَا مَىْ مَأَنَا أَرَايُوَا. أَنَنْ، الحَاجِّ بَللُّو محمَّد جَابَكَ، زِىْ مَارَاوَ شِرَارُوَنْ غَمْنَتِنْ جَهَا أَقَرْ قَشِنْ مَيْدَ رَجَا غُوْمْنَ دَاوُدَ لَوَلْ دُوْمِنْ غَنِنْ أَنْبَاوَا مَرَطَا كُنْيَا، إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ.
